Rachel was absolutely key in this process! From sitting down with us on day one she worked tireless to sell our current home and purchase our new one. I think Rachel would be great in training other realtors on what to do and not to do when communicating and dealing with tough situations and staying positive and on top of things.

Rachel was there when ever a question or assistence was needed . She had fast and honest fo;;ow up and solutions if a situation came up . The way Rachel explained sales and amount to charge worked well . We did have a buyer whos offer wasnt as good as the next buyer and Rachel work thru this and we received a much better offer which we sold for in a matter of day ..

I can't say enough good things about Rachel Geraghty. She was soooo approachable, knowledgeable, got back to me right away, & answered each and every question I had. She was never too busy for me. She either had answers or would find out and get back to me within 24 hours. She and I had to deal with some uncomfortable/nasty issues. She dealt with them with diplomacy...respect....and integrity. She made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I truly felt like she was my own personal real estate agent...that she worked for ME...and no one else. I would recommend her with the highest regard to anyone in my family or to friends.
